We own and manage all of our properties independently and care for them as if they were our own homes. All STRG properties are centrally located in Greenwich, CT the family friendly neighborhood just a short train ride away from New York City. We offer a comfortable home to our clients for as little as a long weekend

Our standard is luxury. All of our properties are fully renovated and modernized by our own team. Featuring top of the line amenities and finishes: Subzero and Viking appliances, marble baths, hardwood floors.

Full time property managers are assigned to each property to make sure they are well kept and fully functional for the duration of each rental term.

We aim to provide you an optimum experience. Our team is readily and locally available in case of a problem and are a resource to assist our renters with such things as snow removal, maid service, cable, newspaper or electrical services.
