DO YOU OFFER LONG OR SHORT TERM RENTALS?
We offer both short and long term rentals on all of our properties, depending on availability.
DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTIES?
Yes, of course. All of our properties are family friendly. We do require that the primary renter be at least 25 years of age.
DO YOU ALLOW PARTIES OR EVENTS?
We do not allow our properties to be utilized for large events.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RENTAL TERM?
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM?
There is a two night minimum for all properties. We do not set a maximum rental term. Contact us to discuss the ideal rental term for you. The average rental term is 2-3 months.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Pets are not permitted at any of our properties.

We have a strict smoke free policy at all of our properties.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
CLEANING PRACTICES
Each property is cleaned & disinfected thoroughly prior to your check in. For this reason we require a minimum 1-day vacancy between guest stays, and charge a $500 cleaning fee.
DO YOU OFFER CONTACTLESS CHECK IN & CHECK OUT?
Yes, check in and check out can be done without any person-to-person contact.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN? CHECK OUT?
Requested check in time is 4:00 PM or later. Requested check out is requested before 10:30 AM.
DAMAGES & INCIDENTALS
DAMAGES POLICY
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
DO YOU OFFER REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Yes, we a refundable security deposit with the booking. This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay should there be no damage to the property.
